Lakshitha Wijerathne earned his BSc degree from the University of Kelaniya and is a co-founder of the esteemed Noble Vision Institute. With a specialty in Chemistry and Physics, he has been a respected lecturer of the Cambridge curriculum since 2011, shaping the academic futures of countless students. His strong presence in the education field, combined with his natural management acumen, has made him a highly sought-after consultant.
As the visionary founder and Chairman of Nexis College International, he continues to innovate in education. Mr. Wijerathne possesses a unique ability to map subject combinations to the demands of modern professions, providing students with clear, strategic guidance for their academic and career pursuits abroad, ensuring their journey is both ambitious and achievable.
Ruwan Jayasooriya is an experienced senior management professional with extensive experience in Banking, Finance, and Human Resource Management at two leading Sri Lankan commercial banks, Financial Institutions and an International School. He is presently the General Manager- HR, Finance and New Projects at Nexis College International His expertise was pivotal in establishing a new Co-operative Bank in 2022, showcasing his strategic capabilities. As a training consultant and guest lecturer, he has designed and delivered high-level modules on Professional & Capacity Development , leadership, Organizational Culture, and decision-making.
Co-founder of ProVista Campus, a training company devoted career enhancement of professionals. Distinguished Toastmaster who has held top leadership positions at District 82, Toastmasters International. Ruwan brings a wealth of knowledge in operations management and professional development. His multi faceted background provides students with invaluable real-world insights into financial planning, career strategy, and the leadership skills necessary to transform from students into influential global leaders.

Nayana Hemachandra is a Certified Student Migration Counselor, specializing in guiding students through the intricate processes for Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Her expertise is built on a solid foundation of over 22 years of dedicated service in the banking industry, where she excelled as a Branch Manager for Seylan Bank PLC. This deep financial background gives her a unique advantage in meticulously handling and advising on the critical financial documentation required for successful visa applications.
Ms. Hemachandra is known for her exceptional attention to detail and her ability to create a positive and supportive environment for students. She expertly blends her practical banking experience with her certified counseling knowledge, making her an invaluable asset in ensuring a smooth and stress-free migration journey.
Chamin Athauda holds an MA in Marketing & Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, England, and brings direct UK industry experience, having worked as an Operational Manager for a major cinema chain in London. This international exposure provides him with a firsthand understanding of the environment students will be entering.
As a co-founder and the lead English Language Lecturer, Chamin employs a unique and effective teaching methodology. He focuses on encouraging students to apply their existing knowledge with confidence, incorporating practical sessions that prepare them for academic interviews and international communication. An award-winning public speaker and a Past President of Siyane Toastmasters, he is an expert in empowering students with the language and communication skills essential for success abroad.
